For the first time in over half a decade Alexis K delves into the genre that first helped her rise to prominence in electronic music with the Drum and Bass stylings of Wrong Side of the River. As always, she pushes the bounds of the style with Obsequious and its acoustic VIP featuring the soundtrack-esque elements as a song of their own. The EP is making a statement about the current climate of the world and how she processes what she is seeing through music and creativity.
